摘要:当今社会,环境污染与能源短缺日益严重,寻找一种廉价,环保的可再生的资源尤为重要。木质纤维素来源丰富,是重要的可在生资源之一。纤维素酶能够有效将农作物秸秆、稻壳等富含纤维素的物质水解为单糖,因此获得廉价高效的纤维素酶对我国工业生产、经济发展和社会可持续发展具有重要的意义。本论文是以里氏木霉Trichoderma reesei为产纤维素酶的菌株,研究5种不同诱导剂秸秆、纤维二糖、甘油、乳糖、微晶纤维素对里氏木霉产纤维素酶的影响。结果表明,1%的微晶纤维素诱导效果最好,最大酶活为0.65U,3%的秸秆、1.5%的纤维二糖和3%的乳糖次之,最大酶活分别为0.43U、0.39U和0.30U。但由于纤维二糖价格较贵,不适合在工业上作为诱导剂大量应用,甘油的诱导效果较差,最大酶活为0.09U,也不适合作为诱导剂。65510

Abstract: In today’s society, energy shortage and environmental pollution is becoming increasingly serious, looking for a cheap, environmentally friendly and renewable resources is particularly important. Rich in nature, Lignocellulose is an important renewable resources. Cellulase can effectively hydrolyze crop straw, husk and other material rich in cellulose into simple sugars, so cheap and efficient cellulase production plays an important role in China’s industrial production, economic development and social suatainable development. The thesis uses Trichoderma reesei as cellulase producing strains, studied the effect of 5 different inducers (straw fiber, cellobiose, glycerol, lactose, microcrystalline cellulose) in cellulase production by Trichoderma reesei. The results showed that 1% microcrystalline cellulose gives the best induction effect, with the maximum enzyme activity reaching 0.65U; 3% straw, 1.5% straw and 3% lactose give the second highest cellulase activity, with the maximum activity reaching 0.43U, 0.40U and 0.33U, respectively. Due to the high price of cellobiose, it is not suitable using as induces for industrial production of cellulases. Glycerol has the least induction effect, with 0.09U cellulase activity, therefore, it is not suitable used as inducer for cellulase production.
