摘要:苦苣苔科植物是新流行的室内观赏花卉,园艺应用开发多为业余爱好者,对其生理生态和栽培繁殖等缺少系统研究。本文以苦苣苔科牛耳朵组培苗为材料,将牛耳朵幼苗在5 ºC下处理12h、24h、36h,再在25ºC下分别恢复处理24h、48h,测定叶绿素荧光等生理指标的变化。结果表明:叶绿素荧光值随低温处理时间增加而下降,处理结束后可逐步恢复正常;SOD活性,MDA含量都随着时间的增加而增加,但处理结束后均可逐步恢复;相对电导率随处理时间增加而增加,恢复生长后开始降低;叶片含水率呈下降趋势,但是不明显。5 ºC连续处理36h以内对植株造成一定的生理胁迫,但胁迫停止后可逐步恢复正常,在栽培时,应保证冬季环境温度5ºC以上为佳。9290

 Physiological Response of Chirita eburnea Hance Seedling to Low Temperature Stress
Abstract:Gesneriaceae are a kind of new indoor ornamental flowers, but the gardening application was mostly developed by amateurs. And lack of systematic studies on the physiological and ecological, planting and breeding etc.. In this paper, we investigated on the response of Chirita eburnea Hance of Gesneriaceae Seedling to low temperature stress. Young plants were treated under 5 ºC for 12 h, 24 h, and 36h respectively, and then moved back to room temperature for 24 h, 48 h to observe the recovery. The physiological indexes such as chlorophyll fluorescence were measured. The results showed that, Fv/Fm decreased along with the increasing of chilling time and could be recovered to normal level after chilling. SOD activity and MDA content increased along with the treating duration and then could recover gradually. The relative conductivity increased with the increasing of low temperature treating time and could decrease during the recovery. Water content of leaves had a slight descending trend. The continuous 36 h 5 ºC low temperature treatment caused a certain physiological stress, but not critical damage, the young plants of Chirita eburnean can recover to normal growth after stress. In cultivation, it is preferred that we should ensure the winter ambient temperature above 5 ° C.
