摘要本研究从采自福州森林公园的池杉的枝条和叶片中分离内生真菌,共分离获得108株内生真菌。其中茎段的侵染率为100%,从中分离到53株内生真菌,优势菌株是PF007300、PF007302;叶片的侵染率是72%,从中分离到55株内生真菌,优势菌株是PF007384、PF007309、PF007390。对上述菌株的代谢产物进行了抑菌实验,测试细菌包括大肠杆菌,枯草芽孢杆菌,金黄色葡萄球菌和耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌四种菌株。结果表明代谢产物对大肠杆菌没有抑菌作用;6株菌对枯草芽孢杆菌具有抑菌作用,抑制率为97.6%以上;1株菌对金黄色葡萄球菌具有抑菌作用,抑制率为99%;1株菌对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌具有抑菌作用,抑制率为100%。本研究为保护池杉内生真菌资源以及开发利用池杉内生真菌提供基础数据和理论依据。71129

Study on the Antifungal Activity of Endophytic Fungi in the Chinese Fir

Abstract In this study, the Taxodium ascendens was collected from Fuzhou Forest Park, from which 108 strains of endophytic fungi was isolated. The infection rate of endophytic fungi in stem segments is 100%. The number of endophytic fungi, which was isolated from the stem segments, was 53. Among those fungi, dominant strains were PF007300 and PF007302. In addition, the infection rate of endophytic fungi in leaf was 72% and the dominant strains were PF007384、PF007309、PF007390 .The antibacterial experiment has carried out with the metabolite of these endophytic fungi. The test bacteria include four bacterial strains, which are Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus and methicillin-resistant S. aureus. The results showed that no strain had antimicrobial effect on E. Coli.; six strains had antibacterial effect on B. subtilis and the antibacterial rate was more than 97.6%; one strains had antibacterial effect on S. aureus and the antibacterial rate was 99%; one strain had antibacterial effect on methicillin-resistant S. aureus and the antibacterial rate was 100%. The study aims to protect and exploit the endophytic fungus in T. ascendens.
