摘要:枸杞又名枸杞子,为茄科植物枸杞的成熟果实。本文以宁夏1号枸杞为研究对象,先经水提醇沉法提取一定量的枸杞多糖,再研究枸杞多糖体外模拟消化过程。通过体外模拟口腔,胃部和小肠消化实验,发现枸杞多糖在唾液、胃液及胃肠液中稳定性较好。在整个模拟消化的过程中,没有检测到分子量和还原糖含量的变化,也未检测到消化过程中有游离单糖的生成,表明枸杞多糖在模拟消化口腔及胃肠消化的过程中不被消化。这些结果能为枸杞多糖的体外消化提供一些信息,并为其他多糖消化提供参考。25973 毕业论文关键词:枸杞;多糖;体外;消化
The simulated digestion study of Lycium Barbarum Polysaccharides in the oral cavity and in the gastrointestinal tract
Abstract: Lycium barbarum is a ripe fruit of lycopene. Ningxia no.1 Lycium barbarum is used in this paper. A certain amount of lycium barbarum polysaccharide(LBP) is extracted firstly from it, and then the simulated digestive process of LBP is studied in vitro. Through the simulate digestion study of LBP in oral cavity, stomach and small intestine, it was found that LBP was quite stable in the digestive process. In the whole process of the digestion, the molecular weight and the sugar content haven’t changed. What’s more, no free generated monosaccharide was detected in the process of digestion. It shows that LBP was not digested in the whole process. These results not only can provide some useful information for external digestion of LBP, but also for several digestive processes of other polysaccharides.
