摘    要：当前人们的工作、学习忙碌，生活压力巨大，而伴随着互联网、智能手机的日渐普及，网络成为人们闲暇时间休闲娱乐的主要方式，人们能够留给体育运动的时间也就越来越少，在这一情况下，现代人身体素质越来越差，健康问题日渐明显。本次研究选择以杭州下沙企业职工为研究对象，采取问卷调查法、访问法以及案例分析法，围绕职工的篮球运动开展状况展开调研，对职工的运动参与情况、运动参与组织特征等现状进行调查，发现职工参与体育运动没有规律且不积极主动，而企业在组织员工进行活动时缺乏科学性，也缺少专业教练的指导。最终得出结论认为企业应当提高对职工体育的重视程度，解决场地、器材等问题，分配更多的资金与资源。同时要充分调动员工的积极性，主动参与到篮球运动中去，培养职工良好的体育锻炼习惯。

Abstract：At present, people’s work, studies are busy, and the pressure of life is huge. Along with the increasing popularity of the Internet and smart phones, the Internet has become the main way for people to spend leisure time for leisure and entertainment. The time that people can leave for sports is less and less. Under this circumstance, the physical fitness of modern people is getting worse and worse. Health problems are becoming more and more obvious. This study selected Hangzhou Xiasha enterprise employees as the research object, and conducted questionnaire surveys, interviews, and case analysis methods to investigate the status of basketball activities among employees and investigate the status of employees’ participation in sports and the characteristics of sports participation organizations. Employees were found to be involved in sports without regularity and proactiveness. Companies lacked scientific skills when organizing employees to perform activities, and they lacked guidance from professional coaches. Finally, it was concluded that enterprises should increase the degree of emphasis on employee sports, solve problems such as venues and equipment, and allocate more funds and resources. At the same time, it is necessary to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of employees, take the initiative to participate in basketball, and cultivate good physical exercise habits of employees.
