A Study on the Training Model of High - level Athletes in Colleges and Universities

Abstract： The development of sports level reflects the comprehensive strength of a country. National colleges and universities to recruit high-level athletes in order to combine intelligence and physical fitness. After three decades of exploration and research, the domestic high-level sports teams have been built and developed, but also achieved the corresponding success, but the concept of high-level athletes in China is still in a preliminary stage, Tradition and too utilitarian. China's high-level athletes in the school's main task is to participate in training and competition, followed by learning basic culture knowledge and survival skills, these ideas affect the country's future high-level sports team development and construction, affecting high-level athletes higher education status. In fact, this article through the questionnaire survey, literature, field investigation, data statistics and other research methods, the six colleges and universities in Nanjing for the current high level of athletes to recruit background, learning and training contradictions, employment status and training mode And other aspects of the investigation and analysis of the problem, put forward the high level of sustainable development of athletes favorable countermeasures.
