In the primary and secondary school football sports under the new social background model discussed in this paper
Abstract: In 2015,the Chinese football finally ushered in the long-awaited spring。Reform the overall scheme of Chinese football for the development of Chinese football next ushered in a new land 。But the development of primary and secondary schools football again according to the actual situation in order to develop, not all conduct mode suitable for China’s national conditions, this article use the literature material method ,inductive deductive method and other research methods to discuss the problem。The conclusion is: the analysis of the current our country middle and primary school football development pattern is not specific, not perfect, the maneuverability is not high, policy support implementation does not reach the designated position, etc, extensive influence of the current our country elementary and middle school football. In this paper, the research results of former to explore the patterns of the primary and secondary school football at home and abroad to carry out, according to the real innovation of our country middle and primary school football conducted the new mode, to provide theoretical reference for popularization of campus football.

随着国家及相关部门对足球事业的重视，新一阵足球旋风即将刮起，在国家及相关部门出台的相关文件中可以看出足球的发展必将占据体育事业的一席之地。然而目前足球状况与国家及相关部门的要求尚有很大差距，这是不容忽视的问题。例如足球场地少（农村的孩子甚至连足球的样子都没见过）、学校领导不重视不支持这一项运动的开展、设备不全和资金投入不够、没有相关的专职教师、教育制度的弊端等一系列问题，最终影响了青少年对足球的兴趣，从而严重阻碍了足球事业的发展。本文就目前影响青少年足球发展因素以及采用哪种模式对青少年足球运动发展起到积极作用等进行研究，目的是探讨哪些问题影响了我国青少年足球运动的发展哪种模式更适合当前青少年足球的普遍开展，为足球运动在中小学校的开展提供有价值的理论依据。
