摘要:本设计是基于三菱PLC的多路温度控制统。主要介绍了可编程序控制器(PLC)和PLC控制系统的基本知识,包括PLC的定义、特点、分类、技术指标、基本结构、工作原理、硬件知识及PLC控制系统等相关知识。通过对PLC的程序编程,熟练运用三菱编程软件GX-Developer完成全多路温度的控制设计的程序,实现控制,其可改进现有技术的不足,简化结构,有利于降低成本和提高可靠性。22179

Mitsubishi PLC of multi-channel temperature control design
Abstract:This design is a multi-channel temperature control system based on mitsubishi PLC.Mainly introduced the programmable controller (PLC) and PLC control system of the basic knowledge, including the definition, characteristics, classification, technology of PLC indicators, basic structure, working principle, hardware and PLC control system and other related knowledge.Based on the PLC programming, skillfully use mitsubishi programming software GX - Develop complete control program, to realize control, it can improve the shortcomings of existing technology, simplifying the structure, to reduce costs and improve reliability.
The purpose of this subject is to design the hardware and software part of the electric oven, the main research contents include: (1)rendering hardware circuit;(2) small PLC periphery connection and applications of the sensor;(3) programming, to achieve multi-channel temperature control requirements.
