摘要:迄今为止,中国先后进行了6次铁路全面提速,铁路运营提速的优点我们大家有目共睹,但是随之而来的众多安全性问题,应该引起了铁路部及工程人员高度重视。本文本文结合了TCP/IP技术,串口设备网络服务器,A/D转换模块,RS485总线,故障诊断,等知识,设计了一套基于TCP/IP技术的转向机的振动测试系统。本文选择了13个部位作为振动监测点,对转向架关键部位振动状态下的速度,位移,加速度信息进行采集,通过加速度传感器和一体化位移(速度)传感器对振动数据进行采集,采集的数据经A/D转换模块转换后,再通过RS485总线传至串口设备网络服务器EKI-1522内,再由以太网接口通过TCP/IP协议传输至工控机上,完成工控机与AD转换模块之间的网络通信。

Bogie Vibration Test system based on TCP/IP Technology
Abstract : Up to now, China has carried out six overall railway speed increases, and the advantages of railway operation speed increase are obvious to all of us. However, many safety problems come with them, which should be attached great importance to by railway ministry and engineers. This paper combines the knowledge of TCP / IP, serial equipment network server, RS485 bus, fault diagnosis, and so on, and designs a vibration testing system of steering machine based on TCP / IP technology. In this paper, 13 parts are selected as vibration monitoring points to collect the information of velocity, displacement and acceleration in the vibration state of the key parts of the bogie. The acceleration sensor and the integrated displacement (velocity) sensor collect the vibration data. The collected data are transferred to the serial device network server EKI-1522 through RS485 bus after the conversion of the collected data through the Ar / D conversion module. Then the Ethernet interface is transmitted to the industrial control computer via TCP / IP protocol to complete the network communication between the industrial control computer and AD conversion module.
