摘要:路由通讯产品作为网络中的主要设备,它的可用性和可靠性变得越来越重要。随着路由通讯产品的内部复杂度增加,所需要的测试系统也在不断改进。本文在研究路由通讯产品自动测试系统的发展概况以及具体测试对象的测试理论的基础上,设计基于路由通讯产品的WIFI模块的测试系统。并且将整个路由通讯产品测试平台分为三个部分,其中包括上位机部分,数据传输部分,以及下位机部分。并根据大多数路由通讯产品的测试要求,选择价格较为低廉的IQ测试仪表,开发SwitchBox以满足生产线产能的高需求。具体的研究内容如下:

研究路由通讯产品自动测试系统的硬件组成及工作原理,设计SwitchBox,包括具体的硬件选型及硬件连接关系。选择合适的开发环境,用C#编写路由通讯产品自动测试系统的程序,并实现系统的简单易操作性和程序的通用性和可修改性。选择具体的产品对系统的功能和性能进行验证,在分析系统的测试时间的基础上,提出方案优化测试时间。

Abstract:Routing communication products as the main equipment in  the  network, its availability and reliability are becoming more and more important. As the internal complexity of routing and communication products increases, the required test system is also constantly improving. Based on the research of the development of automatic testing system for routing and communication products and the test theory of specific test objects, this paper designs a test system of WIFI module based on routing communication products. And the entire routing and communication products test platform is pided into three parts, including the host computer part, the data transmission part, and the lower part of the machine. And according to most of the routing communications product testing requirements, choose the cheaper IQ test instrument, develop the Switch Box to meet the high demand for production line capacity . The contents of specific research are as follows:

Study the hardware composition and working principle of routing and communication products automatically test system, design Switch Box, include the specific hardware selection and hardware connection relationship. Choose the appropriate development environment, with C # to write the program of routing communication products automatically test system, and to achieve the system of easy to use and generic and modifiable programs. Select the specific product to verify the function and performance of the system, propose the program to optimize the test time based on the analysis of the test time of the system.
