内河智能航运信息服务（船联网）平台技术研究
本论文综述了国内外内河智能航运信息服务的发展现状；在内河智能航运信息服务平台需求分析的基础上，构建了内河智能航运信息服务的总体框架；研究了支撑内河智能航运信息服务平台系统建设的三大关键技术；进行了内河智能航运信息服务平台的总体方案设计，并提出了初步的实施策略。
本文的研究对于打造和谐水运、平安水运、高效水运与绿色水运具有重大现实意义。5642

Title Technology Research On River Intelligent Shipping
Information Service（Shipping Networks）Platform
Abstract
In order to meet the development of inland river transportation, to promote the construction of river transportation system, to integrate them associated information effectively, which include the inland shipping management, shipping safety, emergency relief, port logistics, public service, and so on, we need to construct the unified inland river transport information system to provide support to ensure the constructing the modern river transport system.
In this thesis, the current situation of development of river intelligent shipping information service platform in domestic and overseas is stated, and the general framework of the river intelligent shipping information service platform is structured., on the base of analyzing the demand of inland river transport; Three key technology about inland river intelligent shipping information service platform is came up with; the river intelligent shipping information service platform of the general framework is designed; and the preliminary implementation strategy is raised up.
It has the important practical significance for building up the harmonious, peace, efficient and green water transportation.
