摘要介绍了二元光学的基本理论,在此基础上研究了阵列发生器的基本原理及其等光强光点阵列产生的过程。基于Dammann光栅衍射理论,研究出一种等光强光点阵列发生器的设计方法,详细推导了光栅衍射场的复振幅表达式。使用遗传算法(GA)对于光栅的结构参数进行优化设计,并通过Matlab对其衍射场分布进行了仿真,给出了直观的光点阵列强度分布图。对于同一个突变点数N,对比了不同光点数时衍射效率。此外,还就该设计方法提出了一些改进,对阵列发生器的制作方法给予介绍,并对制作过程中存在的误差也进行了分析。5602

Title The Design of One-dimensional Array Generator
Abstract
Basic theory of binary optics is introduced, based on which the basic principles of array generator and the generating process of spot array with equal intensity are investigated. On the basis of Dammann grating diffraction theory, a design method of spot array generator with equal intensity is developed and the formula of the complex amplitude of the grating diffraction field is deduced in detail. For the calculation of the grating structure parameters, the genetic algorithm (GA) is applied to optimize the design. Simulation based on Matlab is also used to calculate the diffraction field distribution and gives an intuitive light intensity distribution map of the spot array. For a given number of transition point N, the diffraction efficiency of different spot number is compared. In addition, some improvements of the design method are proposed. The fabrication process of array generator and the fabrication error in the process are also analyzed.
