摘要在传统的三文测量中,接触式的测量常常带来很多局限性,如会引起柔软物体的形变而导致测量结果的不准确,又如会给测量物体带来损害等、测量的精度和效率低下。随着近几年来光学投影式三文测量技术的发展,以及其在各行各业中的广泛应用,该类非接触式的测量手段,因测量效率高、结果输出快捷、非接触等优点,而得到了关注和研究。本文研究了基于条纹投影的高动态三文测量方法,在通过结合传统相移法和自适应多曝光技术,实现了对于具有高、低不同的反射率的三文物体的非接触式测量,通过一定的采集程序和四部移相的算法,选取了一定的曝光时间,运用分组、计算、比较、融合等过程,将物体的三文形貌成功复原,并在技术上实现了三文融合过程,实现了对于测量结果的精确恢复。在整个实验过程中,环境光的影响和作用也被考虑了进去。最优曝光时间的选取对于实验的结果很是重要,恰当的曝光时间显得尤为重要,在不同的曝光环境下进行测量、分组、融合,这种在稳定环境下控制变量、最后得出结论的方法在该实验设计中充分应用。31016

Title Fringe Projection Based High Dynamic Range Three-dimensionalMeasurement
Abstract In traditional ways of three-dimensional shape measurements, measurements usingways of contacting often have many limitations in the processing of measurments.For example, it will bring deviation in the measurement if the object is with softsurface, and the whole processing damage the surface of the object to some degreesbecause of contacting, what is worse, this kind of method usually means lowefficiency. In recent years, with the development of three-dimensional shapemeasurement using the fringe projection technique, it has haven wide applicationsin many aspects in different vocations, and it gets a lot of attention, developsto the further step at the same time. More and more people realize this method’scharacter of high-efficiency, rapid scientific output and ignorance of adverseeffects using contact measurements.This paper studies high dynamic range three-dimensional measurement using thefringe projection technique, realized the non-contact measurement forthree-dimensional objects with high and low reflectivity at the same time throughprogramming. in the processing of acquiring programming and the four-step phaseshifting algorithm, we get some groups of time of exposure, we reconstruct the3D shape using the methods of grouping、calculation、comparison and integration,remove the noise using glimmer to reach the accurate measurement.Except the general steps of the above, it still need to be carefully consideredthat factors influence the experiment in other aspects.To ensure the smoothprogress through the whole experiment, the selection of proper exposure time isnecessary, if the exposure time is too long, then it will make the brightness of  the picture too high, if the exposure time is too short, can lead to the lowbrightness. And for objects of different reflectivity, respectively the optimalexposure time is different also. Our object under test are of high reflectivityand low reflectivity material at the same time, so it need to be integrated tochose the proper optimal exposure time for both of them,which requires we havethe idea of grouping and optimization. To ensure the stability of the environment,as well as the reference of previous experiments by the line of thinking is alsothe essential content in the whole experiment design.
