摘要微波毫米波天线是近来研究的重要课题,雷达天线的应用也越来越广泛,不仅在军队建设中有举足轻重的地位,在我们日常生活也意义重大。本文主要是对ka波段单脉冲天线阵列进行设计和研究,分析该天线的性能。69358

本文中主要对以下方面进行研究:

第一,在微带天线的基础上设计缝隙耦合馈电的微带天线贴片单元,通过加载纵缝有效的抑制交叉极化;

第二,设计一个十三端口功分器,按照二维泰勒分布规律来设计每段的长度,合理分布激励和相位,使功分器性能指标达到目标设计要求;

第三,设计和差馈电网络,采用缝隙耦合式波导和差器模型,通过尺寸和结构调整消除直通端口和耦合端口之间的相位差;

第四,设计单脉冲天线阵列,完成26×6单脉冲天线阵列。

本文在HFSS仿真软件的基础上对天线进行优化仿真,使天线的增益、副瓣、驻波比达到目标。

Title    Research on the design of Ka-band monopulse antenna array                   

                                                            

Abstract

Microwave and millimeter wave antenna is an important study subject recently. The radar antennas are widely used in many applications.And they have not only a pivotal position in the army construction but also great significance in our daily life. This thesis researches the design of Ka-band monopulse antenna array and explores the performance of the antenna.   

    Here are the main aspects of the study in this thesis:

    Firstly, on the basis of microstrip antenna, a slot coupled feed microstrip patch antenna unit is designed, which has a suppression  of cross polarization effectively by using the longitudinal seam;

    Secondly, a thirteen port splitters is designed. The length of each branch line by adapting the two-dimensional Taylor distribution. And the exciting distribution will make the power splitter achieve the design requirements;

    Thirdly, a sum-difference feeding network is designed.By using the slot-coupled wave guide model, the sum-difference feeding network is designed and optimized. The phase difference between the through port and the coupling port is eliminated by adjusting the structure size of the model;

Finally, a  26 ×6  monopulse antenna array is designed.

In this thesis, the antenna array with low sidelobe and high gain is designed and optimized by using the commercial software HFSS.
