定向耦合器是一种具有定向传输特性的四端口元件,它是由耦合装置联系在一起的两对传输系统构成的。主要技术指标有方向性、驻波比、耦合度、插入损耗。
定向耦合器种类繁多,根据耦合情况有直接耦合、平行耦合和小孔耦合。为了满足插入损耗小于0.2dB,耦合度40dB的要求,通过对比设计﹑仿真的难度和结果的精确度,最终选择双孔定向耦合器作为本文的理论基础。通过计算得出设计参数,确定总体实现方案并完成电路设计、腔体设计,然后使用HFSS软件对所给出的参数进行设计仿真,最后根据结果对参数进行调整,使其基本达到了设计的要求。关键词:小孔耦合 定向耦合器 HFSS仿真 9367

Title Ka band waveguide coupler design and simulation
Abstract
The directional coupler is a directional transmission characteristics of four - port component , it is composed of two pairs of transmission systems linked by the coupling device . The main technical indicators:directivity, VSWR , coupling, insertion loss。
A wide range of directional coupler,according to the coupling conditions are directly coupled, parallel coupling and coupling apertures. In order to meet the needs of the insertion loss of less than 0.2dB, coupling degree 40dB requirements, by comparing the design, simulation and the difficulty of the accuracy of the results, the final choice of double hole directional coupler as the theoretical basis for this article. Through calculating the design parameters, determine the overall design and complete the circuit design, cavity design, then use the HFSS software of the given parameter simulation design, according to the results of the parameters are adjusted, make it meet the requirement of design.
