X波段场效应管低噪声放大器的设计
本文首先介绍了低噪声放大器的发展历史和国内外发展现状，阐述了低噪声放大器的设计原理以及阻抗匹配原理。然后对比低噪声放大器各种拓扑结构，简要说明各种拓扑结构的优缺点。
最后选择了NEC公司的NE3210S01晶体管，设计了三级级联放大器。通过ADS2009软件进行X波段低噪声放大器的仿真与优化，设计的低噪声放大器工作在8.5-9.5 GHz时，增益大于34 dB，噪声系数小于2 dB。19948

Title Design of X-Band FET Low-Noise Amplifier
Abstract
Low noise amplifier (LNA) is an indispensable components of receiving system of communication, with the development of modern communication, communication distance is farther and farther,we need more excellent low noise amplifier.The main content of this paper is to design a X-band FET low noise amplifier.
Firstly, This paper firstly introduces the development history of the low noise amplifier and the development at home and abroad, expounds the design of low noise amplifier principle and the principle of impedance matching.Then, by comparing the topology structure of low noise amplifier, it briefly describes the advantages and disadvantages of each topology structure of amplifier.
Finally, we use NE3210S01 transistor of NEC company to design a three level amplifier.By using ADS2009 software to simulate and optimize the X band low noise amplifier,when this amplifier works at 8.5-9.5 GHz,the gain is
more than 34 dB and the noise is under 2 dB.
