The Language Analysis of SMS
Abstract: As a new information dissemination tool, mobile phone short message is favored by the public because it is convenient to send and receive, text has various and new style characteristics. Due to its limited carrier capacity, unique way of screen display, short message forms unique characteristics in the process of use. Through the analysis of a lot of language facts and from the linguistic angle, the article explains the characteristics of mobile phone short message. We think the mobile phone short message language's uniqueness is mainly manifested in the music features of speech sounds, innovative use of vocabulary ,the cross use of type of writing, the persity of rhetoric and the cultural of the mobile phone short message. At the same time, we also analyzed the language problems in the current SMS.

手机短信的语言分析
前言
改革开放以来，我国经济和科技的发展日新月异，人们的生活水平有了显著的提高，拥有一部手机亦不再是一个奢侈的梦想。据统计，我国手机持有者在2012年底已超过11.12亿，平均每100人中就有82.6人拥有手机，超过全球平均水平，手机成为继报纸杂志、广播、电视和网络之后的“第五媒体”。[1]我国近年来社会处于转型时期，许多人外出学习、工作，他们借助手机短信与家人、朋友的联系更加迅捷、经济，由于中国人特有的含蓄、内敛的民族文化心理，许多不易出口的话语可以借助手机短信传达，这都促进了手机短信的发送量迅速增加。根据调查显示，移动的手机短信业务是在2000年开通的，2001年就有190亿条短信被发送，到了2012年短信的年发送量达到8973.1亿条，由此可见，手机短信的发送量呈现出几何级增长。手机短信的数量大，种类繁多，相比较而言，实用性短信的使用数量最大，范围最广；幽默风趣、调侃逗笑、富有文学趣的短信数量日益增多，这些短信在使用中形成了自己独特的语言特点，因此，从语言运用的角度对手机短信进行研究就显得十分必要。
