Abstract:The culture of Lao tze is the crest of Chinese historiography thought culture, Lao tze's wisdom is widely applied to every aspect of social life, The culture of Lao tze, of course, also can solve the contemporary university students' employment psychological problems, and the contemporary university students' employment psychological problems become a keen problem widely concerned by the public. Based on the study of the culture of Lao tze, we can solve the psychological problems of contemporary college students in employment and discuss the culture of Lao tze in modern society the important role of college students' employment and realistic significance. The culture of Lao tze contains a lot of wisdom to teach us how to treat and interpersonal relationships. College student from the school of ivory tower into social problems will encounter difficulties which they have never met，but the culture of Lao tze has just can provide the response to the wisdom of the employment for college students. Nowadays college students in the rapid development of society must learn to hold the correct employment psychological to gain success in the employment work, realize their life values.

老子文化是中华民族思想文化史上的一块瑰宝，从古至今从中到外，老子文化被广为传播，在国内有各朝代人才对《道德经》（即《老子》）进行自身的理解和运用，在国外，《道德经》被译成各类语言版本进行传播，据联合国教科文组织统计，《道德经》是被译成外国笔墨发行量仅次于《圣经》的世界文化名著，堪称名不虚传的“东方圣经”。当今社会生活迅速发展，人们面临的压力也是随之愈来愈大，尤其是当代大学生所面临的就业压力自是不言而喻的。学习老子文化，减轻在将要就业时面临的压力，培养自己健康的就业心理，正确对待自己的工作和生活，就能在一批就业浪潮中站稳脚跟收获自己的人生价值，获得成功。
