Analysis on Current Situation of the Public Opinion and Supervision Function of Micro-blog
Abstract:The advent of micro-blog has not only improved the way of public communication,it has also offered an important platform serving for public assessment and surveillance, which function has been perfectly manifested and added some special charm through various events in recent years, like the case of Yao jiaxin, there are still some problems in the process of public supervision. This thesis firstly aims to outline the definition and characteristics of the public opinion and supervision function of micro-blog, based on which it will analyse the advantages of this function, for example, to broaden its field, to arouse the public awareness, and further to find out the current problems of the supervisional process, such as the gap of inpidual moral quality among those who give opinions and supervisions, the emergence of extremism, or the disturbing judicial trials. This thesis aims to put up some solutions toward those problems, solutions such as to make relative sound laws, to improve the morality of the mass media are put forward.

微博舆论监督现状探析
据2013年7月17日中国互联网络信息中心发布的《第32次中国互联网络发展状况统计报告》显示，截至2013年6月底，我国微博网民规模为3.31亿，微博使用率达到了56.0%。近年来微博成为了异军突起的传播平台，在舆论事件中频频现身，同时对舆论事件产生了显著的催化作用，影响力日益增强。但作为新兴媒体，微博在舆论监督方面不仅具有积极作用，也存在一些消极影响，削弱了舆论监督的效果。本论文就微博舆论监督的优势与现存问题进行阐述，并提出相应的解决办法。
