摘要:在现今时代,随着经济和社会的发展,机械制造业也飞速发展,同时,粗大加工由于其落后性被渐渐摒弃,而对精密加工的要求则水涨船高。由此,直线模组的地位也愈发重要。
本论文通过了解当前多种直线模组产品,对其优劣点进行比较,选取其中一种进行设计。设计过程中,计算校核了关键组成部分丝杠,并为其选用两端固定的安装方式,同时对相配套的成品滑块导轨进行需求计算和选取。然后设计模组中的锁紧器部分,并对其提供的锁紧力进行校核和对薄弱零件进行受力变形分析。最后选用配合的减速器及电机,同时将各部分组装到一起得到总的直线模组。

Title The Design of Linear Module With Lockers
Abstract :In the present times, with the economic and social development, machinery manufacturing industry is also developing rapidly. While the rough processing is gradually abandoned because of its backwardness, people demand more and higher precision machining. Therefor, the status of the linear module becomes more important.In this paper, by understanding the current variety of linear module products, compare their advantages and disadvantages, and select one to design. In the design process, the key component, screw, is calculated and the fixed installation method is selected. At the same time, the finished product slider is calculated and selected. The locking part of the module is then designed and the locking force provided is checked, while the stress analysis of the weak parts is carried out. Finally, select a set of reducer and motor, while the parts are assembled together to get the total linear module.
