However, students in rural primary school are short of professional teacher resources and opportunities to speak English。 Their courage and interests to open the mouth are reducing day by day。 Meanwhile both school and family education pays more attention to the English spelling and grammar instruction。 Traditional spoon-feeding education build up students` knowledge of vocabulary and grammar but it may also contribute to the ignorance of oral English ability。

Therefore, combined with traditional ways, it is necessary to find some new approaches for oral English teaching, which could not only make the requirement of quality-oriented education be achieved, but also improve students` oral English proficiency。 And the modern multimedia technology can help to improve it。 For example, students can listen to different speech in TED。 Or they can also use BBC radio to learn the British accents。

Fun-dubbing is an app designed by Hangzhou Feizhu Technology Company。 It have all various of materials for dubbing, including newest film selects, hottest English songs and most importantly, short dialogues which are in pace of teaching materials in class。 Students can listen to the absolute authentic English pronunciations and speak English with the emotions of the role in a completely relaxed atmosphere with their heart and interests being put into。 In this way, the disparity of education resources between students in city and rural can be changed and the unbalanced teacher resourced problem can be solved to a great extent。

1。2。1 Two main problems of English oral teaching in rural primary school。

 English oral teaching in rural primary school is lagged behind。 Students need more chance to open their mouth。 There is no doubt that a great English learning atmosphere is extremely important for language learner。 However, compared with students in downtown, the English oral teaching situation of those who in rural primary school is more severe。 They share less resources of authentic English and opportunities to speak English。 Class is barely the only approach to learning English。 They keep learning in isolation, without practically exchange and output。 As a result, their are too shy to speak English and they may lose their interests to learn English。论文网

 Another significant problem is teacher resources。 One of the most important factors that restricts the fair education quality of compulsory education is the unbalanced allocation of teacher resources between urban and rural areas。 The amount of professional English teachers in rural primary school is far away from enough。 Some of the non-English major teachers just switch from their own subjects to English to satisfy the necessity of English teachers。 As a result, most of them lack of English Oral teaching skills。 There are also many inexperienced students teachers。 Meanwhile, attentions should also be attached to elderly teachers` pronunciation。 

In rural areas, people have been not conscious of the importance of oral English learning yet。 Even if they realize it, parents don`t have the capability or time to systematically help their children with English learning at home。 

1。2。2   To create an active and supporting learning environment in oral teaching

1)To stimulate their interests in learning should be based on the characteristics of their development。 

    At the cognitive development stage, students tend to rely on their firsthand experience to learn English and their attention could not be maintained for a long time, so they are gradually absent-minded and incapable of understanding what is being taught in the class。 That’s why dubbing English-language films should be adopted as a method to teach English。 Because students will be stimulated by the vivid scenes, thrilling plots and so on to learn English with more attached attention and deep and intuitive experience and perception。
