    This paper totally consists of six parts。 Part one is the introduction which includes the current situation of DiE implementation in China, the significance of student’s learning and teacher’s professional development, also a preview of the DiE development。 The second part is literature review of the development and definition of Drama-in-Education pedagogy, some theories about teacher development and role transitions and student development。 Part three focuses on the research design which is closely connected with the methodology, the framework and main steps。 The research analyses and discussions of teachers’ role transitions in detailed are in part four。 The fifth part introduces the final findings and implications。 The last part is the conclusions and reflections。
