Twenty percent of the teachers feel that the seating arrangement is good for teachers to teach knowledge systematically。 However, fifty percent of the teachers hold that it is difficult to organize classroom activities and easy to distract students’ attention。 Besides, twenty-four percent of the teachers think that it is not convenient for teachers and students to walk。 

From the above data analysis, it is difficult for teachers to organize large class due to a number of students and seating arrangement。 The large class greatly affects the quality of teaching and it is a huge challenge for teachers and students of large class。

3。2 The problem of interaction between teachers and students

In the process of research, the author observed that classroom atmosphere is very tedious and teaching effectiveness is also low。 Many students do not listen to teachers and not to cooperate with the teacher。 The author did a questionnaire survey on 200 students。

There are 120 students who think classroom atmosphere is lifeless and depressing, account for 60percent in the surveyed students。 And only 50 students hold that classroom atmosphere is pleasant and comfortable, account for 20 percent in the surveyed students。 According to the questionnaires, the former is more than two times as much as the later。 What is the real situation of classroom teaching in large classes? Why is this happening? All this has further stimulated the author’s curiosity。 The author decided to research the interaction between students and teachers in the class。 Because the social interaction in the classroom is an important factor that affects the teaching effect。 Moreover, the interaction between teachers and students, feedback in class and students' participation in the classroom have a direct impact on the classroom atmosphere。 At the same time, the interaction in the classroom teaching is the basic way for the inpidual socialization of the students and students are in the social situation that applies to classroom teaching。 “It can learn cultural knowledge, value goals and social norms, understanding and deal with a variety of social relations through the contact and interaction with others, and thus form a corresponding social view。”(Cheng Xiaoqiao, Wu kangning and Wu Yongjun 2)
