2. Cross-cultural Communication and General Idea about Children's Birthday Party between China and America
There is no denying that human beings are social animals. And there is no society without social interaction. Children’s birthday party provides emotional exchange for people and meanwhile helps people to promote the relationship between children’s birthday party that is on the basis of human with no limitation of time or social class. The social communication focuses on respecting others and trusting others. Children’s birthday party, as a part of culture, helps people with interpersonal relationships in life, which is the symbol of expressing feelings to others. Different geographical environment, promoted the different cultures of China and the United States. A big difference takes place in Children’s birthday party between China and American. Whether in politics or in economy and trade, it not only can narrow the gap between both the sides but also show respect to each other. And for cultural issues, different countries have different characteristics. China children’s birthday party usually is a big family gathering party, and families and relatives gathered together for the children to celebrate the birthday. Americans like to know various people and enlarge their social circle. They will invite their children’s classmates and their parents to attend the children’s birthday party.
