1.4The main idea of The Adventures of Tom Sawyer

It has the "four narrative units" and "four plot lines": the story of Tom and Behm, the story of Tom and Mufubote Jackson Island episode, as well as a series of events led to the discovery of wealth. These four plot lines are organically intertwined, so that the book has a strong dramatic color. The novel's more detailed psychological description, the narrator is an adult used to observe the little boy that view."Adventures of Tom Sawyer" is indeed a good book worthy of appreciation. This article mainly analyzes The Adventures of Tom Sawyer and describes the influence of characters in irony and humor writing style,and sketched the main idea.This thesis will be pided into four parts.
The first part is Foreword. Mark Twain a brief introduction to the life of Mark Twain and literary research status and significance of the novel.
The second part will detail the ironic and humorous Rhetoric in particular. In this section, the author discuss the reasons why Mark Twain wrote this novel in ironic and humorous rhetoric .
The third part is the main part of this paper, this section mainly analyzes characters and elaborates the application of ironic humor, and discusses the influence of ironic and humorous writing skills to shape this character in Adventures of Tom Sawyer
The fourth part is the conclusion. In this section, the author discuss the wording of satire and humor in the real sense of writing.

Tom Sawyer is mischievous, unfettered and unique talent boy who is always getting into trouble, but this is the human nature heart which has the desire for freedom and innocence cute side. Mark Twain with the perspective of a child was chasing fame and fortune by fair means or foul and sounded pompous social alarm.
