Abstract “Pride and Prejudice” as a representative of the Austin one of focus on the performance of the life of that era, the role in the story of the different characters, fully demonstrated the in the psychological status of the social transition period British people in all walks of life. The last part is conclusion. The success of this work lies in the variety of characters of the characters, the character of the lovers, and the relative of the needle. I.Introduction
“Pride and Prejudice” is a masterpiece of Jane Austen. The novel tells the love story of Elizabeth Bennet, the daughter of a squire. The material of this work comes from daily life, and the content and the style of writing is different from the prevailing sentimental novels’. It vividly reflects the life style and human relationships of the conservative British town from the end of eighteenth Century to early nineteenth Century. And it has been written into film and television for many times.
