In business English translation, it should be used target language to express the accurate and faithful information which in the source language, and be able to let the reader get with the equal original information when reading, that is information equivalent.       In the process of business English translation, we should not only use the word rigorouly and formally, but also pay attention to a reasonable tone. 3.1 Choosing exact words

Correct word choice is an important prerequisite to ensure the quality of translation. Firstly, select an appropriate word depends on accurate understanding of the original meaning. And the exact understanding of the original meaning depend on the scrutiny of the context of the original.
