Ecological education is a subject with 70 years’ history。 Because of its special and unique idea, ecology provides the education a new aspect and also a new approach to study。 Macro ecological education has a completed theoretical framework, instructs traditional teaching method with its theories like “ecological system”, “co-evolution” and “ecological balance”, and analyzes the problems in education development and disclose the development trend of education。 But the classroom teaching as the micro aspect of ecological education study is still at its starting stage。 After 1970s, ecological class teaching starts its development and gains some progress in the study of the content, objects, methodology, and ecological social environment。 For example, Huang Yichun appraises the advantage and disadvantage of the application of Eco-classroom teaching in the daily practice。 On the other side, Wang Hongxia brings forward the concept that successful ecological class teaching should focus on the building and shaping of human being  and construction an effective and harmonies learning environment for students。 In general, the abroad and domestic studies of ecological class teaching are mainly focusing on the implication of utilizing this new idea into traditional education study, but till now there is no completed model of how to implicate the ecological theories into daily class teaching。

1。2 Significance of the research

English teaching in primary school is not only related to whether students can show strong interest in learning English at the beginning, master the correct methods of learning English, or form good habits of learning English, but also related to the English teachers’ teaching effects, professional development and teacher-student relationship。 Therefore, it is of great significance for English teachers to understand, master and pay attention to the common development of teachers and students in ecological classes。

Ecological English education advances the development of English teaching model in theory, and provides a model of how to implement the effective English teaching for English teachers。 For English teaching, ecological education is an ideal choice。 In English teaching, only combining the students, teachers, language and ecological environment together and maximizing the location of each ecological factor in this ecosystem can make sustainable development of our English teaching。 Therefore, constructing ecological English classes in primary school will bring hope to our English teaching。 In the processes of the construction, we can maintain the balance between human and the environment through changing the existing teaching methods, teaching ideas, teaching devices, teaching behaviors and the teaching environment。
