摘  要：音乐新课改实施15年来，中小学音乐教育在各方面有了不断的提高。但在长期的忽视和应试教育的背景下，农村基础音乐教育依然处于滞后状态。经费匮乏、音乐师资不足、音乐教学观念落后，开课率低仍是困扰当前农村中小学音乐教育的主要问题。75550

本文以涟水县部分农村中小学为调查对象，主要通过电话访谈法、文献法、和问卷调查法对涟水地区农村基础音乐教育现状进行调查研究。从教育管理部门、音乐师资质量、音乐课的地位以及开课率和课堂质量等方面进行分析，并从农村师资队伍建设，更新教育教学观念，促进城乡音乐交流等方面提出了自己的看法和建议。希望为涟水县农村中小学音乐教育提供理论基础和对策。

Abstract：Comprehensive promotion since the implementation of new music course standard, basic music education in the teaching and research teaching methods and so on various aspects constantly enrich and develop。 But in the long-term neglect and exam-oriented education under the background, the rural basic music education is still in the backward state。 For teachers is insufficient, backward teaching concepts, opening rate is low hinder the rural music education development of the main problems。

Part in lianshui county rural primary and secondary schools as investigation object, mainly through the literature method, questionnaire survey and telephone interview method to the area of rural primary and secondary school music education present situation investigation research。 From students' music learning situation, the music teacher's basic situation, the status of the music and opening rate and the quality of classroom is analyzed, and from the rural teachers team construction, update the education teaching idea, promote the exchange of urban and rural music aspects put forward its own views and Suggestions。 Hope for lianshui county rural primary and secondary school music education to provide theoretical basis and countermeasures。
