The South River river training about nine 2.15km, on the basis of governance to meet the river flood control and drainage on both sides of the waterfront area and the focus of the system to focus on green landscape design. To improve the ecological environment on both sides of the river south nine, on the basis that it meets its flood control, drainage requirements, improve overall tourism Shazikou Area entrance image, combined with the development requirements of Laoshan District, proposed to be in the Columbia River south nine zhuangqiao River conceptual design and implementation of the views put forward the concept of the program.

1 项目意义与基地现状
1.1项目意义
构建以河流为生态廊道的区域生态格局
景观生态学中的廊道是指不同于周围景观基质的线状或带状景观要素，而生态廊道是指具有保护生物多样性、过滤污染物、防止水土流失、防风固沙、调控洪水等生态服务功能的廊道类型。生态廊道主要由植被、水体等生态性结构要素构成。建立生态廊道是景观生态规划的重要方法，是解决当前人类剧烈活动造成的景观破碎化以及随之而来的众多环境问题的重要措施。按照生态廊道的主要结构与功能，可将其分为线状生态廊道、带状生态廊道和河流廊道三种类型。
依据确立的生态格局，在充分考虑增强区域生态循环能力、提升区域旅游休闲功能、构建多层次季节性景观体系的基础上，研究提出水系和绿化景观塑造的整体引导措施，确定滨水区域的功能定位，并结合区内自然地貌特征，结合区域特点探讨在河道截流满足景观用水需求的可行性。
本次设计的目的是改善南九水河两岸的生态环境，提高沙子口片区整体旅游入口形象。结合崂山区发展的要求，提出对南九水河于哥庄桥下游河道进行概念性方案设计，并提出概念方案实施意见。重点对两岸滨水区域及绿化景观系统进行设计，打造水清绿秀、环境宜人的生态景观带展示区。
