1.1 房价的引发的背景
毫无疑问，房价畸形上涨已经给百姓造成了很大压力，远远超过普通百姓的承受范围。那么，究竟是什么原因导致中国房价呈现畸高状态且居高不下呢？通过信息动画来形象地描绘中国房价近几年的涨幅。
