一、绪论
在创意产业类办公空间环境设计中,讲求公共化及功能多元化的设计理念已被越来越多的人所接受,办公智能化和办公空间环境的人性化将成创意产业类办公空间发展的主流;同时,生态环境的设计理念也已被越来越多的人所注重。从这些角度理解, 创意产业类办公空间的意义已不仅仅局限于形式美感与办公空间的节省,而更倾向于体现人们对舒适创意产业类办公环境的向往与工作效率最大限度的提高,以及从心理上把受干扰的程度减小到最低限度上。
要保证合理的分区与规划,完成可用空间的最大化、合理化,其次还必须考虑到办公空间内人员之间的隶属关系及合作关系,努力营造“人性化”办公空间,同时还要兼顾整体美感及不同风格、不同色调带给人们心理上的变化和作用。总之,办公空间设计,可以说是一种集科学、灯光、色彩、绿化植物等诸多因素于一体的空间设计。
