1 项目概况
1.1 工程概况
项目位于上海市紫竹园区内紫星路666号，基地位于紫日路以东，紫星路以西，紫海路以南。规划总用地123215平方米，一期地块用地25317平方米，地势基本平整。
本项目性质整体规划产业园区，在一期地块内拟建设两幢总建筑面积约64000平方米的大楼（两栋建筑可考虑联成一体），其中地上面积55000平方米，地下面积9000平方米。
1.2 基地研究以及设计核心
对基地现有条件进行分析后得出：
（1）基地三面与紫海路、紫日路、紫星路分别相接壤，设置出入口时应注意主次干道的区别。
（2）基地地处闵行紫竹园区内，周边已有多个产业园区办公楼，如何与周边的建筑风格形成一个和谐的基调是值得注意的问题。
