摘 要:目前,随着千变万化的知识信息时代的到来,不确定因素剧增,面对瞬息巨变的社会,中小企业能够熟悉人力资源管理的发展趋势,找寻适合自己企业发展的人力资源管理模式,使员工的潜力得到最大的挖掘,为企业做出最大的贡献,是企业发展和取得成功至关重要的问题。我国经济正处于快速发展的时候,各种行业发展迅猛,尤其是中小型企业,其发展对我国经济的发展越来越重要。本论文对人力资源管理各方面进行了现状和存在的问题进行了研究分析,能帮助中小企业了解并掌握更多的信息,帮助中小企业制定出适合自己发展的管理模式,更好的实现企业的战略目标,这对促进我国经济快速稳妥的发展也意义重大。21225 毕业论文关键词:中小企业;人力资源管理;发展现状
Research on the Development of Human Resources Management of Small and Medium Enterprises in China
Abstract: At present, with the arrival of era of knowledge and information the myriads of changes, the uncertain factors rose sharply. Facing the rapidly changing society, small and medium-sized enterprises can be familiar with the development trend of human resources management, looking for suitable for their own development of the enterprise human resources management mode to survive in the change, innovation in life China's economy is in rapid development of various industries, especially small and medium enterprises .It is more and more important for our economics. This paper is to analysis the various conditions and the problems existing in human resources management, to help the small and medium-sized enterprise understand and grasp more information therefore they can formulate a management model suits themselves and better realized the goal of enterprise strategy, which is of great significance to promote our country’s economy fast and steady development.
