[Abstract]：High speed entrance is a city gate to outsiders. Therefore, the image of the high-speed entrance, to some extent represents the city, build a distinctive local image landscape engineering is very necessary. A square not only reflects the city’s architectural style, is the embodiment of the local culture and history, but also the people return to nature. 1.2 设计原则
1.2.1 以人为本原则
设计以人为本，满足周边居民的日常活动需要。在景观的设计中，采用具有当地文化特色的设计，同时根据周边环境，对入口、功能分区进行合理规划调整，保证行人安全。在广场建设中，必须保证25%以上的绿化面积，以此丰富景观色色彩和突显景观层次。在广场中有座椅、饮水器、公厕等设施，功能齐全，充分体现以人为本的特点。
1.2.2 生态化原则
在植物的选用和搭配，花卉的点缀，草坪的衬托以及铺装的选择等必须以改善环境为核心，充分营造植物群落。
1.2.3 可持续发展原则
规划用地地处宁夏省，地处中纬度内陆，远离海洋，属温带大陆性干旱、半干旱气候。因此在植物的选用上，要选用耐干旱、抗盐碱的品种。并尽可能的使用乡土树种，以保证树木的成活率及生长。
