漳州休闲文化公园总体设计
漳州文化公园的设计就基于满足城市需求和现在人对休闲娱乐的需求，在做出公园特色的基础上打响城市品牌，同时把文化融入公园，体现公园设计的多元性。公园整体区域划总共分为五大板块，分别为城市休憩区、文化展示区、滨水漫步区、体育休闲区和滨河庆典区。以创造出人们身体与精神得以栖息的并且具有文化与情感认同的园林场所。

English Abstract:
The park is an important place for public recreation, sightseeing and fitness activities, and is a concrete manifestation of a regional environmental and quality of living. In today's material life and spiritual life continues to develop, progress and improve the modern society, the social value of the park is increasing. Park landscape design also needs in the past, the traditional concept of constantly updated, need to join the modern elements and innovative elements to meet modern functional requirements for the park landscape.
Zhangzhou cultural park designed to meet the needs of cities based on human needs and now entertainment, based on characteristics of the park made the city started the brand, while the culture into the park, designed to reflect the persity of the park. Total overall Regional Park Plan is pided into five sections, each sitting area for the city, cultural display area, the waterfront promenade, sports lounge and riverfront festival area. To create a people's physical and mental to habitat and cultural and emotional identity of garden sites.

第一章 绪论
随着人类生活水平的需求的不断增加，公园作为人们对于缺失自然景色的回归之地，成为人们公共交往、休闲娱乐的重要场所。在设计中寻求自然与艺术的统一，使得人们在审美之余舒缓精神压力，是值得我们不断思考的。
全局的观念在任何一个设计中都应首要体现，因此合理的布局是值得我们思考的问题。把客观的境与主观的意相结合，加之地形的起伏、水面环境等因素进行适当的改造创新，按照不同功能用地进行合理的功能划分与板块衔接，既考虑到主景区、休闲娱乐区、主要出入口及主要干道的区分，又考虑到平面和立面的呼应关系，通过设计手法使整个设计中心突出、曲折变化，创造出一个能够满足功能性、观赏性要求共存的统一体。
第二章 方案背景介绍
2.1 基地背景介绍
本方案设计地块2011年1月14日，获得国务院批准改项目；2012年，漳州市启动资金建设该项目；2013年7月，中办、国办发文，要求在5年内各级政机关全都不可以以任何形式和理由来新建楼堂馆所，因此已批准的但是尚未开工建设的楼堂馆所项目全都要停建。漳州市政府因此决定停建龙文区的漳州市新行政中心项目（即本方案地块）。许多漳州市政府官员表示，虽然漳州市新行政中心在五年之内不可以建造，但不是代表着之后都不可以建。因此，该地块的用途暂未决定，而2018年后，该地块是否会重新建立成漳州市新行政中心，这也是个未知数，要看未来的政策而定。
