新城公园景观设计的实施与更新改造

Design description
Abstract: Shanghai jiading new town is one of the future focus on the development of the three new town. Shanghai implementation, with emphasis on the new city and town construction is underway in suburban urbanization strategy, has the characteristics of international modern city is accelerating to construct new urban system. Jiading new town sits on line 11 (subway) and two high-speed, arrived in hongqiao airport, 30 minutes drive to say convenient transportation; Has "sabingga sukdun dergici jimbi", far lake, the Shanghai international circuit, poly theatre area such as characteristics. The construction of a city in addition to the building, road, is also inseparable from the green, the park is a start of a city, jiading has natural landscaping advantage, the background of the jiangnan land of fish and rice to make it the city river freely crisscross, ten step one lake is implemented. Rewriting of jiading new town park is a significant project, it can not only improve the environment and resources utilization, can also change the appearance of the city. The overall plan for the park has a decisive role, reasonable planning and design of foundations is a high-quality park.

第一章 绪论
城市公园不仅影响着市民的生活质量，还有提高城市环境质量、调节城市小气候、改善城市容貌、文系城市生态平衡等多种生态效应。高质量的公园，形态貌美、功能多样，往往能成为一个城市的标志，也是部分城市特色的标志。作为城市的主要公共开放空间，公园不仅是休闲传统的简单延续，更是城市文化的体现，它代表着一个城市的政治、文化、经济、风格和精神气质，同时也反映着一个城市市民的节奏、追求和品位。因此，城市公园既是群众娱乐休闲的场所，也是文化传播的场所；既是向群众进行精神文明教育的园地，也是政府促进社会和谐、培育城市文化的重要资源。美国景观设计之父奥姆斯特德曾说过，公园是一件艺术品，随着岁月的积淀，公园会日益被注入文化底蕴。公园的重新修整，更是一项不可疏忽的大举措，它不断表达了对原有公园所存在的问题的不满，同时也表现出来了更多原本没有涉及的需求。可以说公园的重整，可以促进城市生态面貌的改善，提高资源环境的利用率。因此，这是一个举足轻重的项目。
