ABSTRACT In this paper,I will take the Japanese animation as the research object，Making a brief of the history about the development of Japanese animation, the Japanese animation industry's business model and foreign influence and other aspects of the situation. After the analysis and research, put forward my own point of view: Japanese animation can be success, not only the case of investment, concepts and systems, but also more important is to establish a complete industry chain based on Japan.When Japanese animation in China.It has made a huge impact on Chinese animation industry and even the development of the social basis of the animation industry.If China want to reshape the glory of the past. Not only learning the advantages of Japanese animation, take the construction of a complete chain of animation industry at the same time, but also should guard against the cultural impact of Japanese animation on Chinese society, take measures to prevent the Japanese animation from the foundation of the development prospects of China's animation.

1.1.1 研究背景
在中国，将动画与漫画合并简称为动漫。动漫产业的核心是“创意”， 动画与漫画是表现形式。衍生品包括动漫图书、报刊杂志、影视作品、音像制品、舞台戏剧等，基本活动则包含以现代信息传播技术为主要手段，进行动漫产品的开发、生产、出版、演绎和销售，以及利用动漫形象进行生产与经营的服装、玩具和电子游戏等行业。国际动漫产业从早期的动画业起步，至今已有百年历史。目前，全世界动漫产业的产值高达2228亿美元，动漫产业的衍生产品产值则超过5000亿美元。在动漫产业地位上，美国、韩国与日本三者的发展都十分迅速。美国的以动漫为题材的网络游戏业已经连续4年产值超过好莱坞电影业，成为全美最大的娱乐产业之一；日本的动漫产业产值每年230万亿日元，成为日本的第二大支柱产业；在韩国，动漫产业的产值仅次于美、日两国，是韩国国民经济的六大支柱产业之一。[ ]
中国的动漫发展，在进入新世纪后依然远远落后于美日韩等国家。市场的巨大空余和原创力量的薄弱导致中国的动漫市场80%以上被美日韩等国占据。近年来，动漫产业在知识经济时代对国民经济中的拉动作用越来越明显，外国动漫作品也对青少年儿童产生了重要的影响。我国政府开始重视国产动漫发展，并相继出台保护性政策。在“十一五”规划中，把动漫产业列为文化产业的重点进行发展。与此同时，中国也掀起了建设动漫产业的热潮，在内地有72个动漫产业基地陆续投入建设。其中包括国家级44个，地方级28个。目前已初步形成上海、长沙、广州、深圳等动画片生产基地和以北京等一线大城市为核心的动漫产业园区。
