The expression of structure material in modern lamp design
Abstract:
In our life, people can't leave without the light. So the lamp was produced to provide light for us in the dark. And the lamp was produced under restricting conditions of the function, process material, production.It is on the premise of to satisfy the demand for the life, at the same time pay attention to the need of consumer psychological, coordinating the utility function and aesthetic. Structure and material is the important parts in the design process of lamps, it is provides the solid base for the final forming. Reasonable and innovative structure can offer the better service for the function of the lamps, combined with the material to meet the demand of people and play the expression of the light source in high limit. In this paper, starting from the necessity of structure and material for lamp design, research the design elements, history, and the importance of significance and influence in society in the future, through several cases to show the history, status quo and development trend in future of lamp design, further elaborated the important meaning of the structure and material in the expression for the lamp design.

（一）灯具设计的要素
1. 功能要素
灯具从功能来讲就是在人们需要光照时提供适合的照明。众所周知，室内的光线照明对人们的生活影响甚大。一个人若需要在灯光下进行长时间的工作，那么对于灯具的质量，照明的质量的要求就越高。
除了实用照明功能外灯具还具备了装饰功能。在生活中，不同种类的灯具，不同的光源类型都会对环境营造出不同的环境氛围。灯具作为调动氛围的催化剂，在其造型结构、材质和色彩等不同的方面表现出来。不同的室内环境配以不同的灯具而达到使用者所期望的室内氛围。
