摘要:酯酶作为手性化合物拆分的高效催化剂,而微生物的来源又十分广泛,因此微生物酯酶成为研究热点。生物催化具有反应条件温和、高度选择性、产物纯度高等优点。生物素中间体内酯是合成生物素的重要物质,利用微生物水解酶作为生物催化剂可以在温和的条件下合成。本文研究了底物类似物的诱导剂和表面活性剂诱导剂对微杆菌产酯酶活性的影响。。实验结果表明,在研究的范围内具有最好诱导效果的诱导剂为橄榄油,诱导效果最好的浓度为10g/L,诱导时间为12h。21482 毕业论文关键词: 微生物酯酶;生物催化;诱导剂;活性
Effects of inducers on the activity of esterase from Microbacteria sp.
Abstract: Esterase is an efficient catalyst for the resolution of chiral compounds. The source of microorganisms are very extensive, therefore microbial esterase become a hot topic. Biocatalysis has several advantages such as mild reaction conditions, high selectivity and high product purity. Biotin lactone is an important intermediate for the synthesis of Biotin. And the biotin lactone can be synthesized by esterase from microorganisms under mild conditions. In this paper, the induction on enzyme-producing activity from Microbacteria sp. by substrate analogs and surfactant inducer was carried out. It was found that the best inducer was olive oil among the inducer used. The best concentration of the inducer was 10 g/L and the optimal induction time was 12 h after innoculation.
