摘要目的 通过调查杭州市大学生微博使用现状,明确大学生网络使用自我控制能力与微博成瘾的相关性,并从自我控制维度(认知,情绪,行为)出发提出对微博成瘾者心理与行为两方面的干预措施,提高大学生的身心健康水平。方法 抽取杭州市三所高校1220名大学生进行问卷调查。采用探索性因子分析检验问卷效度,用秩和检验分析微博成瘾的影响因素,用多重线性回归探究网络使用自我控制能力与微博成瘾的相关性。结果 微博成瘾的影响因素主要有性别(标准系数=0。182,P<0。001)、学校(标准系数=0。089,P<0。001)、专业属性(标准系数=0。139,P <0。001)、生源地(标准系数=0。102,P<0。001)、年级(标准系数=-0。059,P=0。024)和是否有电脑(标准系数=-0。214,P<0。001)。微博成瘾总分与自我控制总分、情绪控制维度和行为控制维度存在着负相关(P<0。001),其中微博依赖行为维度与情绪控制维度和行为控制维度存在着负相关(P<0。001),微博戒断行为维度与认知控制维度和自我控制总分存在负相关(P<0。001)。结论 努力提高学生的自我控制能力的各个维度(认知,情绪,行为),降低其微博成瘾的发生率。88142

AbstractObjective:To investigate the relationship between college students’ self-control ability of network application and microblogging addiction by analyzing the current situation of college students’ microblog use in Zhejiang province。 And then, from the perspective of self-control dimensionality (cognition, emotion and behavior), the paper try to put forward intervening measures in microblog addicts’ mentality and behavior so as to improve the physical and mental health of college students。 Methods:A total of 1220 college students from three colleges in Zhejiang Province were surveyed。 The validity of the questionnaire was tested by using the exploratory factor analysis, the influencing factors of microblogging addiction were analyzed by rank sum test, and the correlation between self-control ability and microblogging addiction was explored by multiple linear regression。 Results: The influencing factors of microblogging were genders (Standardized Coefficients=0。182, P<0。001), schools(Standardized Coefficients=0。089, P<0。001), professional attribute (Standardized Coefficients=0。139, P<0。001), origin of student (Standardized Coefficients=0。102, P<0。001), grades (Standardized Coefficients =-0。059, P= 0。024) and whether they have a computer (Standardized Coefficients=-0。214, P<0。001)。 There was a negative correlation between the degree of microblogging craving degree and the dimensionality of emotional control and behavior control (P<0。001), and there was a negative correlation between self-control total score and emotional control dimension and behavior control dimension (P<0。001)。 There was a negative correlation between withdrawal dimension and cognitive control and self-control (P<0。001)。 Conclusion: To improve the self-control ability of college students in all dimensions(cognition, emotion and behavior), and to reduce the incidence of microblogging addiction。
