摘要了解自闭症谱系障碍儿童家庭在教养儿童过程中的需求,满足这些需求并提供相应的支 持是目前亟待解决的问题。因此,本研究采用自编的《自闭症谱系障碍儿童家庭教养需求的 调查问卷》向 46 名自闭症谱系障碍儿童家长收集资料,以期发现我国自闭症谱系障碍儿童 家庭教养需求的更多特点。结果表明:(1)自闭症谱系障碍儿童家庭的教养需求非常强烈, 其在知识与信息需要(t=44。18,P<0。001)、社会资源需要(t=48。08,P<0。001)和心理与 情绪需要(t=36。72,P<0。001)上均存在显著差异。三个维度需求程度由强到弱排列分别为: 知识与信息需要、社会资源需要、心理与情绪需要。(2)自闭症谱系障碍儿童家庭中独生与 非独生子女、不同年龄段自闭症谱系障碍儿童、不同年龄段自闭症谱系障碍儿童家长、不同 月收入家庭的教养需求在心理与情绪需求、社会资源需求和知识与信息需求这三个维度上均 不存在显著差异。(3)不同月消费自闭症谱系障碍儿童家庭的教养需求存在显著差异88277

(F=2。837,p<0。05),其在社会资源这一维度上也存在显著差异(F=3。846,p<0。05)。在对 自闭症谱系障碍儿童家庭教养需求进行分析讨论的基础上,本研究对自闭症谱系障碍儿童家 长、政府、相关专业人员和自闭症谱系障碍康复机构提出了针对性建议,以期帮助社会各界 共同努力,改善自闭症谱系障碍儿童及其家庭的生存现状

At present,understand the educational and parenting needs of families who have

children with autism spectrum disorde(r  ASD)to meet these requirements and provide

the corresponding support is an urgent need to be solved。 Therefor,this paper investigates the educational and parenting needs of 46 families who have children with ASD through  “Questionnaire of Family Educational and Parenting in  Children

with Autism Spectrum Disorder”。 The results show that (1) educational and parenting needs of families who have children with ASD are very strong, and the average scores of knowledge and information needs (t=44。18, P<0。001), social resources needs (t=48。08, P<0。001), psychological and emotional needs (t=36。72, P<0。001) between the 3 points both have significant differences。 And these three dimensions by average rating, from highest to lowest are: knowledge and information needs, social resources needs, psychological and emotional needs。 (2) Single-child and non-single-child families who have children with ASD,different age category of families who have children with ASD,different age category of families who have children with ASD, different income families who have children with ASD in the psychological and emotional needs, social resources needs and knowledge and information needs have no significantly difference。 (3) educational and parenting needs of different    monthly

consumption families who have children with ASD do existed significant   differences

(F=2。837,p<0。05), and it also have significant differences in social resources needs

(F=3。846,p<0。05)。 Finally, this study put forward the corresponding suggestions for parents who have children with ASD, government , related professionals and autism rehabilitation institutions by analysis and discuss the educational and parenting needs of families who have children with ASD。 Because it will help the social from all walks of life work together to improve the existing situation of children with ASD and

their families。
