摘要：青少年时期是孩子发展的重要时期，而亲子沟通关系是青少年时期的一个重要方面，亲子沟通关系的好坏不仅直接影响到青少年子女的健康成长，更是影响到青少年子女的未来发展。因此处理好亲子沟通障碍问题，不仅能实现家庭的和谐和睦，而且对于改善青少年的心理健康状况也有着重要意义。本文通过对国内外相关文献著述的综合分析，结合社会工作的相关理论，运用问卷调查法和访谈法相结合的方式深入实地的了解河北承德兴隆县D村居民的青少年亲子沟通关系的相关情况，探究当今社会青少年亲子沟通障碍问题产生的原因，以及解决方法。论文主要运用了一般沟通模式，将理论与实际调查相结合，探索解决青少年亲子沟通障碍的方法。

Comprehensive analysis this article through to the writing of the related literature at home and abroad, combined with the related theories of social work, with the method of questionnaire survey and the interview method of in-site know Hebei Chengde Xinglong village residents D related situation of adolescent  parent-child  communication relationship,  explore  the social cause of adolescent parent-child communication obstacle problems, and solutions. The paper mainly USES the general communication mode, combines the theory with the actual investigation, and explores the way to solve the teenagers' parent-child communication disorder.
