摘要:本文通过比较不同粒度凹凸棒石及不同的清洗次数的载锌量,确定凹凸棒石粒度及洗涤次数对载锌效果的影响, 为载锌凹凸棒石的合理应用提供参考依据,同时也为利用凹凸棒石制备无机抗菌剂提供理论依据。本试验选用200目、1000目、2000目三种粒度的凹凸棒石在不同时间条件下进行固相载锌制得的载锌凹凸棒石,比较其载锌量。然后对载锌的凹凸棒石进行0、1、2、3、5、完全的洗涤,比较不同的洗涤次数对凹凸棒石载锌效果的影响。试验结果表明:粒度为200目、1000目、2000目的凹凸棒石载锌时间为3h时,粒度越小,其载锌量越大。载锌时间为2h时,1000目、2000目凹凸棒石的载锌量显著低于200目。同时本实验还比较了不同粒度的凹凸棒石在不同洗涤次数下载锌量的变化。实验结果表明:洗涤次数为0次时,200目、1000目和2000目凹凸棒石的载锌量达到最大,洗涤两次以后,溶液中锌离子含量趋于稳定。 25100 毕业论文关键词:不同粒度载锌凹凸棒石;不同洗涤次数;载锌效果;
The comparison of the effect of different granulocyte to zinc
Abstract :This study aims to compare different particle size of attapulgite and different zinc load of the washing time, determine the particle size of the attapulgite and the effects of the number of times of washing load zinc for use of concave and convex rod stone provide theoretical basis for high efficient inorganic antibacterial agent. Experimental results show that the smaller the particle size of attapulgite, the specific surface area, the greater the number of surface channel become more and stronger adsorption capacity for zinc, zinc load increasing. Zinc load time is 2 h, washing times 0 times, 200 mesh, 1000 mesh and 1000 mesh concave soil zinc load of the great stone maximum, with the increase of number of washing, zinc loads decline in turn. When the time of zinc was 3h, a similar result was achieved when the time of zinc was 2h, the number of washing was zero, and the amountof zinc was the highest in three sizes.
