The Diagnosis and Treatment of a Case of Lower Urinary Tract Syndrome in Cats
Abstract： Feline lower urinary tract syndrome is a common disease. The exact cause of the disease is still remained unclear. The main cause may be urinary calculi, spontaneous cystitis and urinary tract anatomical structure abnormality. Sick cats are characterized by frequent urination, blood urination, difficulty in urination, and even anuresis. This paper presented an example of the diagnosis and treatment of urinary tract syndrome. The etiologies of the disease were discussed with reference to related cases; the clinic diagnosis, laboratory tests, and imaging examinations were summarized; the conservative treatment principle and the operation method for the disease were discussed; the prevention measures in details were introduced in this article, which provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of urinary tract syndrome in cats.

一例猫下泌尿道综合征病例的诊治
近几年来，人们养宠物的趋势日益增加，宠物伴侣已经成为大多数人生活中必不可少的一部分，人们对宠物的健康也日趋重视。随着猫下泌尿道疾病数量的增加，让猫下泌尿道综合征成为了兽医界不可忽视的一个问题，越来越多的医者和学者将目光放到了这个疾病上，因而针对该问题的研究越发蓬勃，但是由于目前猫下泌尿道综合征的确切病因仍是个未知数，该病的发病类型也有所不同，针对的治疗也不同，并且还无有效的预防措施，故针对猫下泌尿道综合征的研究会一直进行下去，而本课题将临床病例和前人研究结果相结合，能为未来的研究提供支持。
1 病例介绍
2016年8月18日，本院来了一只八岁体重7kg的雄性暹罗猫。主诉该猫昨天早上发现排尿异常，排尿减少，到晚上不能确定排尿量，今天没进食多少，且在家有呕吐一次，该猫已绝育，疫苗记录完整，且之前无泌尿道相关病史。
