摘要:沃尔巴克氏体是一种在自然界寄主体内分布中最为广泛的内共生菌。为明确沃尔巴克氏体对杂拟谷盗的繁殖是否有影响,并为搞清共生菌与寄主杂拟谷盗之间是否存在互利共生关系,本研究首先通过饲喂四环素面粉对其进行了抑制性消除,并通过四个交配组合的处理实验测定了沃尔巴克氏体对杂拟谷盗繁殖的影响。结果显示,杂拟谷盗体内感染有沃尔巴克氏体,饲喂四环素面粉可抑制并消除杂拟谷盗体内的沃尔巴克氏体,因而可以获得杂拟谷盗呈现沃尔巴克氏体阴性的供试昆虫;沃尔巴克氏体对杂拟谷盗的产卵数及雌性比没有影响,对孵化率、化蛹率有影响,能引起寄主精卵细胞质不亲和;沃尔巴克氏体与寄主杂拟谷盗之间存在互利共生关系。本研究在基础理论研究上有重要意义,为今后可能利用沃尔巴克氏体对杂拟谷盗害虫进行预防和控制提供了理论依据,同时在生产实践应用中也有也有一定的参考价值,。38408 毕业论文关键词:杂拟谷盗;沃尔巴克氏体;繁殖;胞质不亲和性
Effect of symbiotic bacteria Wolbachia on the reproduction in Tribolium confusum
Abstract: Wolbachia is a kind of widespread symbiotic bacteria. To clarify the influence of Wolbachia on host reproduction in the Tribolium confusum , and to konw if it was a symbiotic relationship between the symbiotic bacteria and the host tribolium confusum, we first eliminated it from beetles by feeding them on tetracycline flour; then we determined its influence on host reproduction by the treatment of four mating combinations. The results showed that Wolbachia existed in tribolium confusum’s body, and they could be suppressed and removed by feeding tetracycline flour. Wolbachia did not play roles in host eggs production and female ratio, whereas they played roles in hatching rate, pupation rate. Wolbachia could cause host cytoplasmic incompatibility between sperm and egg, and there was a symbiotic relationship between Wolbachia and host T. confusum. This study has both the important theory significance and the application value in practice, which provides a base for further research in T. confusum.
