摘要硫元素是广泛存在于自然界中的一种重要元素,自古以来各种硫的化合物在人类的生活和劳动生产中体现着重要的作用。近年来,有关于硫的有机化合物发展迅速,硫醚便是这其中的一种重要有机化合物。本文在研究了几种不同的硫醚合成方法的基础上,实验制备了几种苯并六元氮杂环的硫醚化合物:从原料药的制备开始,以二硫化碳和邻氨基苯为原料在离子液体下合成了喹唑啉(硫)酮化合物,然后以此化合物与苯硼酸在醋酸铜和1,10-邻菲罗啉催化下生成苯并六元氮杂环的硫醚化合物。这一系列反应主要研究了能够进行该类硫醚生成反应的条件,包括催化剂和溶剂等反应条件,通过多次筛选得到了反应效果较好、产率较高的反应条件,为同类型的硫醚反应研究提供了一定的参考。51649
Sulfur is one of the important elements in the natural world. Since ancient times, all kinds of sulfur compounds play an important role in human life and labor production.
