摘 要：我国应试教育模式使得中学生在面对巨大的升学压力时不得不采取减少睡眠时间的办法来增加学习时间。这一做法使得不少中学生产生了疲劳心理、睡眠质量不断降低。目的：初步探寻睡眠质量和心理疲劳是否具有相关关系，为预防心理疲劳和治疗睡眠问题提供了一定的依据。方法：本文通过量性研究的方法，采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数和多维疲劳量表对1200名中学生的睡眠质量和疲劳现状进行调查，采用探索性因素分析、独立样本t检验、相关分析及验证性因素分析对数据进行分析。结果：初步得出睡眠质量和心理疲劳相关关系为极其显著相关。建议：今后可以通过缓解初三、高三学生的心理疲劳程度来预防和解决睡眠问题。55411

Abstract：Chinese exam-oriented education makes the students had to reduce the sleep time to increase learning time in the face of great pressure of entering . This approach makes the sleep quality of middle school students is decreasing and the mental fatigue. Objective: a preliminary explore whether sleep quality and mental fatigue is related, so as to provide a basis for prevention and treatment of mental fatigue and sleep problems. Method: through the quantitative method , investigating status of sleep quality and fatigue of 1200 middle school students with using Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index and the Multidimensional Fatigue Inventory, exploratory factor analysis, independent samples t test, correlation analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were used to analyze the data. Results: the sleep quality and mental fatigue related to extremely significant correlation. Proposal: in the future we can prevent or solve the sleep problems of junior, and senior high school students by relieve mental fatigue level.
