摘要:21世纪以来随着电子与电力及数字信号处理技术的进步,变频调速技术得到了飞速的发展。其中直接转矩控制技术是继矢量控制技术之后而发展起来的一种新型、高性能变频调速技术。其与矢量控制相比较省去了复杂的事量变化、克服了矢量控制系统对电机转子参数的依赖性等缺点,并具有转矩响应快、控制结构简单、易于实现全数字化的特点。
本文介绍了交流电机直接转矩控制的基本原理和系统的基本构成,在此基础上,通过Matlab/Simulink建立了各个模块的仿真模型,构建了直接转矩控制仿真系统,对直接转矩控制方法的特点及其存在的问题进行了仿真分析研究,验证了直接转矩控制系统的可行性。但转矩脉动较大,本文利用PI控制方法进行了改良,改进了速度调节器以及开关状态表,结果表明,所提方案能减小转矩脉动和转速响应时间,同时算法简单,易于实现。21503 毕业论文关键词:直接转矩控制;交流电机;Matlab/Simulink;磁链。
Simulation of AC Motor Direct Torque Control System
Abstract: With the advancement of power electronics and digital signal processing technology, frequency control technology has been rapid development. Direct Torque Control technology is following the vector control technology to develop a new, high-performance frequency control technology. Compared with the vector control eliminates the need for complex vector changes, to overcome the vector control system parameters are dependent on the motor rotor and other shortcomings, with fast torque response, the control structure is simple, easy to implement all-digital features.
This article describes the basic structure of the AC motor direct torque control system of the basic principles and, on this basis, through the Matlab / Simulink simulation model of each module, built direct torque control simulation system for direct torque control method the characteristics and problems of simulation analysis to verify the feasibility of direct torque control system. However, a larger torque ripple, we use PI control method was modified to improve the speed regulator and switching state table, the results show that the proposed scheme can reduce the torque ripple and speed response time, while a simple algorithm, easy to implement.
