本系统以PIC16F877A单片机为核心,利用面积等效法生成SPWM信号。系统主要由隔离变压器和调压器将交流220V电源变成可调交流电源,再整流变换成直流电,SPWM信号通过光耦合隔离器控制由四个功率MOEFET管组成的逆变器的工作状态,逆变器输出频率和幅度都可调的正弦交流电。该逆变电源输出的正弦交流电精度高,能稳定,实用价值高,在电力电子技术中应用广泛。4671

Abstract
This system is based on the microprocessor PIC16F877A, and is made use of the equivalent of area to generate SPWM signal. The system is mainly composed of a isolated transformer and a booster by which the AC 220V power is transformed to an adjustable AC power. This AC power is rectified into DC. The working status of the inverter composed of four power MOEFET are controlled by the SPWM signal through four photo-couplers. The inverter outputs a sine AC power which frequency and amplitude is adjustable. And the output of the inverter power has the advantages of high accuracy, stability, and high practical value, so it widely used in power electronic technology.
